The Center for School Behavioral Health at Mental Health America of Greater Houston will host their next Collaborative meeting on Thursday, March 23, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. Their goal is to cultivate a space for discussion of best practices around student and staff mental health as well as for networking and collaboration.
The March meeting will feature a Q&A with the previous director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Texas Children's Hospital, Dr. Billups Bradley, now with Baylor College of Medicine. The conversation will provide insight into the current Youth Mental Health Crisis and how community partners can work alongside schools and healthcare to support the needs of students and families. Time will also be taken during the meeting to get feedback around implementation of their 2021 consensus Recommendations Report.
